What is OFFSHEET?
OFFSHEET is an independent search engine for rep (replica) fashion finds. It merges 4 popular community spreadsheets (10,288 listings) into one catalog, removes duplicates by seller listing, and adds live prices, sizing advice, shipping estimates and links for 12 shopping agents. OFFSHEET doesn't sell anything itself.
How do I buy something I find here?
Pick a shopping agent, then press Buy on any find: it opens the exact seller listing on that agent. You choose your size and colour there and pay the agent. The seller ships to the agent's warehouse in China, the agent sends you QC photos, and once you approve them you ship everything to your door in one parcel.
Which shopping agent should I use?
Every find works on all 12 agents we support (Kakobuy, CNFans, Mulebuy, ACBuy, Hipobuy, Oopbuy, Litbuy, GTBuy, USFans, Superbuy, AllChinaBuy, Sugargoo). They differ in service fees, shipping lines, coupons and app experience, not in the products. Kakobuy is the agent most spreadsheets link to. You can switch agents at any time and every link on the site updates.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the parcel's weight and size, your country and the shipping line. Using Kakobuy's published rates, a 2 kg parcel (a typical 3–4 piece haul) currently starts at about $57.66 to United States, $27.98 to United Kingdom, $30.93 to United Arab Emirates, $37.72 to Germany, $22.42 to Australia, $29.40 to Canada, including the agent's service and handling fees. Do reps run small?
Often, yes. Many Chinese sellers cut sizes for a lighter build than Western sizing. Of the 188 listings we checked that publish a body-weight size guide, 76% run small compared with Western sizing. Product pages show a fit verdict from the seller's own guide and a size finder: enter your weight and it suggests the seller's size. When a seller gives no guide, size up one and check the measurements in cm.
What are QC photos and why do they matter?
QC (quality control) photos are taken by your agent once the item reaches their warehouse. Check the logo, stitching, materials and measurements before you ship. If something is wrong you can usually return or exchange it with the seller at that point, which is much harder after international shipping.
Are the prices accurate?
For listings we've checked recently we show the seller's live price in CNY, converted daily to USD and AED. Other prices come from the spreadsheets and may be out of date. All prices are before the agent's service fee, China domestic shipping and international postage. The cart estimates the total.
Which sellers can I trust?
Our Trusted Sellers page is based on the r/FashionReps trusted store list. We open every store link and remove dead ones; 143 stores are currently live. Each one shows what it's known for (sneakers, bags, luxury, streetwear, outerwear). Being on the list isn't a guarantee, so always check QC photos.
Are the on-model photos real?
No. 'On model' images are AI-generated previews made from the seller's product photo, so you can picture the piece being worn. They're labelled as AI previews; real fit, fabric and print placement can differ, so rely on the seller's photos and QC for details.
How does OFFSHEET make money?
Some Buy and sign-up links contain our referral code, so the agent may pay us a small commission when you order or register. It costs you nothing extra and doesn't change which items we list or how they're ranked.
Is it legal to buy reps?
It depends on where you live. Rules on importing replica goods for personal use vary by country, and customs can inspect, seize or charge duty on parcels. Check your local rules before ordering. You're responsible for what you import.
How often is the catalog updated?
The spreadsheets are re-read every few hours. New finds appear automatically, duplicates are merged, and listings that sellers have removed disappear from the site.
