How to buy reps, step by step

Everything between “I want that” and the parcel at your door: choosing an agent, finding the right listing, getting the size right, checking QC and shipping it cheaply. Numbers come from our own data, updated every few hours.

1

Understand how buying through an agent works

Most finds are listed on Chinese marketplaces like Weidian and Taobao, which don't ship internationally. A shopping agent buys the item for you, receives it at their warehouse in China, photographs it so you can check it (QC photos), and then ships everything you've bought to your door in one parcel. You pay the agent for the item, the seller's domestic shipping, a small service fee, and international postage.

2

Pick a shopping agent

Agents differ in service fees, shipping lines, coupons and app experience, not in the products. OFFSHEET links to Kakobuy, Superbuy and Sugargoo, and every Buy button can open on whichever one you choose.

Sign-up and buy links include our referral code. It doesn't change your price and it keeps OFFSHEET free.

3

Find what you want

The community keeps its best finds in public spreadsheets, but they're slow to browse and full of duplicates. Search the index instead: 10,288 finds from 4 spreadsheets, merged by seller listing and ranked by how many lists include them. Filter by category, brand and price, and check the trusted sellers (143 live stores, each link checked) to see who's known for what.

4

Get your size right

This is where most first hauls go wrong. Many sellers cut for a slimmer build than Western sizing: of the 188 listings we checked that publish a weight-based size guide, 76% run small. Every product page shows a fit verdict from the seller's own chart (for example “runs small, size up 1”) and a size finder: type your weight and it picks the seller's size. When there's no chart, compare the measurements in cm with a piece you already own.

5

Order through your agent

Press Buy on a find and it opens that exact listing on your agent. Choose your size and colour there, add it to the agent's cart and pay. You're paying for the item and the seller's shipping to the warehouse (usually a few dollars per seller). Add a note for the seller if you need something specific. Then wait for the item to arrive at the warehouse, typically 3–7 days.

6

Check the QC photos

When your item arrives, the agent posts QC photos. Check the logo, print and stitching, the materials, and the measurements against the size chart. If something's off, ask the agent for a return or exchange now: it's easy while the item is still in China and very hard after it ships. Many agents also let you request extra photos or measurements.

7

Ship everything in one parcel

Once your items have passed QC, submit them as one parcel. You pay by actual weight or volume weight (L×W×H ÷ 8000), whichever is higher, so packing matters: remove shoe boxes and vacuum-seal clothes. Then choose a shipping line: faster lines cost more, budget lines take longer. A 2 kg parcel (a typical 3–4 piece haul) currently starts at:

CountryCheapest line2 kg fromDelivery
United StatesUPS Duty-Free (No Batteries)$57.662–6 days
United KingdomUK HG dedicated line PT$27.987–19 days
United Arab EmiratesEUB (Batteries and Perfume Not Allowed)$30.9315–20 days
GermanyEurope DHL Line (Express Line)$37.728–12 days
AustraliaSea Freight Routes(Sensitive Cargo)$22.4225–35 days
CanadaCanada Sea Packet-F$29.4035–45 days

Based on Kakobuy's published rates including service and handling fees, checked 2 October 2026. Add items to the cart to see every line for your country and the delivered total.

8

Know your local rules

Import rules for replica goods differ by country, and customs can inspect, seize or charge duty on any parcel. Check your country's rules before you order and declare parcels honestly; you're responsible for what you import.

What a first haul really costs

Say you buy three tees and a hoodie at the typical prices in our index ($15.79 per tee, $25.17 per hoodie) and ship to the US. The items cost about $72.54; the seller's domestic shipping adds a few dollars; and a 2 kg parcel starts at $57.66. Shipping is often as much as the clothes, which is why it pays to fill one parcel rather than send several.

Quick answers

Do I need an account with the seller?

No. The agent buys from the seller for you, so you only need an account with the agent. You never deal with the seller's platform directly.

How long does it take?

Usually 3–7 days for the seller to ship to the agent's warehouse in China, a day or two for QC photos, then anywhere from under a week (express lines) to six weeks (sea freight) of international shipping. Plan on 2–6 weeks door to door.

What's the cheapest way to buy?

Order several items at once and ship them together in one parcel. Shipping is priced by weight (or volume), so one 2 kg parcel costs far less than four 500 g ones. Ask the agent to remove shoe boxes, and vacuum-seal clothing to cut volume.

What if an item is wrong or damaged?

Catch it at the QC stage, before international shipping. Most sellers accept a return or exchange while the item is still in China; your agent handles it. After the parcel ships, returns are rarely practical.
